Window Well Liners in Northern Utah

Look out any basement window and you're staring at the inside of a galvanized steel well: gray corrugated metal, rust streaks, and mineral stains. You can finish the basement beautifully and the view out the window still says utility pit.

Well liners fix that view. They are formed panels, most in stone or brick textures, that fit against the existing well wall and give you something worth looking at. Light-colored liners also bounce noticeably more daylight into the room.

Installation matters more than the panel. A liner slapped over a rusting wall traps moisture and speeds up the rust. We prep and treat the well first, then fit the liner so water drains behind it instead of pooling.
