Northern Utah Window Wells provides window well cleaning, maintenance, covers, repair, and related services in Northern Utah. Service descriptions on this website are general; the exact scope of your job is what we confirm with you before work begins.
Quotes & Pricing
Prices shown on this site are starting rates for standard conditions. Your final price is confirmed before work starts and does not change afterward unless you approve additional work. Where site conditions differ significantly from what was described (for example, wells filled with construction debris quoted as standard cleanings), we will re-quote before proceeding, never after.
Scheduling & Access
You don't usually need to be home for service, but we do need safe access to your window wells (unlocked gates, pets secured). If we arrive and cannot access the wells, we may charge a trip fee for the return visit. Need to reschedule? Just call before your appointment window; there's no fee with reasonable notice.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We check our work with you (in person or via photos) before we consider a job done. If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days and we'll return and fix it at no charge.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless we've agreed otherwise in writing (commercial accounts and builders are typically invoiced). Maintenance plan billing is annual, and plans can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
Liability
We are licensed and insured, and we take responsibility for damage we cause. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we document on arrival (existing rust, cracked windows, failed seals), or for water intrusion caused by conditions we identified and recommended fixing but were not hired to fix.
Compliance Work
Our egress compliance checks measure against the residential code requirements applicable in Utah, but we are not a municipal inspection authority. Where permits or official inspections are required, those remain the responsibility of the homeowner or contractor of record.
